Yes. Overbrook Lofts is a pet-friendly community in Overbrook Park. Our pet policy allows up to 2 pets per apartment. Cats and dogs are welcome, with a $250 pet deposit per pet and $20 monthly pet rent per pet. We do not have a weight limit. Breed restrictions apply: German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow Chow, and Akita. For pets other than cats and dogs, the leasing team can go over the details with you. For more information, please contact the leasing office.
